Vegan Dill
Locally Made in Sudbury with cashews.
Saint Agur
A blue veined cheese made in France from pasteurised cow’s milk enriched with cream, and contains 60% butterfat, qualifying it as a double cream cheese. Aged 60 days cellars, the cheese becomes stronger and spicier as it ages. Pairs nicely with figs, walnuts and pears and can be enjoyed with cured meat.
White Stilton
Cheese with Cranberries made in England from pasteurized cow’s milk. It is infused with juicy sweet cranberries to give the cheese a festive taste and vibrant colour. Pairs nicely with crisp apple or ripe pear for a refreshing snack or salad addition.
Halloumi
Halloumi Cheese is traditionally made from a mixture of pasteurized goat milk and sheep’s milk in Cyprus. The best way to eat halloumi is fried or grilled. Pairs nicely with vegetables such as zucchini, eggplant, cherry tomatoes, asparagus and mushrooms.
White Game Changer
White Game Changer is soaked with white wine made in Ontario from unpasteurized cow’s milk. It is exceptionally creamy and it also melts very well, making a great grilled cheese sandwich. Pairs nicely with fruits and white wine.
Saint Augustine
Saint Augustine is a semi soft washed rind French cheese traditionally made from cow’s milk. It originates from the northern regions of France, where it is known for its smooth, creamy texture and rich, buttery flavour with subtle earthy notes. The rind is typically orange to golden, developed through washing during aging, which gives it a mild aroma and enhances its savoury depth.
Pesto Gouda
Pesto Gouda has the creamy texture of gouda with herbaceous flavors of pesto made in Holland from pasteurized cow’s milk. It is infused with pesto, sun- dried tomatoes and garlic. It melts well which makes it suitable for sandwiches and pasta dishes adding a flavor boost. Pairs well with sauvignon banc or a light bodied wine.
Gruyere Swiss
Gruyere Swiss is a hard yellow Swiss cheese made in Switzerland from pasteurized cow’s milk traditionally aged 5months to 2 years. It is known for its complex, nutty and creamy flavour that becomes more intense with age. Gruyere melts beautifully, making it ideal for fondues, quiches and grilled cheese sandwiches. Pairs well with French onion soup and chardonnay.
Ski Queen
Ski Queen is a brown cheese with a sweet caramel flavor and a fudgy, semi-hard texture made in Norway from pasteurized cow and goat’s milk.
The whey and cream are heated to caramelize the milk sugars, creating its distinct taste and color. It is known for its distinct caramel and butterscotch taste, sometimes described as a salty-sweet or tangy flavour. Traditionally cut into slices and eaten on toast, crispbread, or waffles. Pairs well with desserts like apple pie, muffins, or used to make a topping for ice cream.
Apple Tree Smoked Cheddar
Apple tree Smoked cheddar is naturally smoked over an 8-hour period using pasteurized cow’s milk made in PEI Ontario. During the smoking process it is wrapped with natural apple wood smoke that produces a mouth- watering smoky flavour. It’s a natural match with any BBQ meats and pairs well with grapes and apples.
Expresso Bellavitano
A creamy cheese hand-rubbed with our freshly roasted espresso made in the USA using pasteurized cow’s milk. This award-winning gold medal cheese can be enjoyed with chocolate or pastries. Pairs nicely with fruit beers and chardonnay.
Manchego
Manchego cheese is made from unpasteurized sheep milk in Spain. The intense flavours can be described as nutty, grassy with tangy notes. As the cheese ages, it becomes firmer, drier and more flavourful. It pairs well with sliced baguette or plain crackers that won’t overpower the cheese. Sliced pears offer a refreshing sweetness that contrast well with the cheese richness.
Beemster Goat
Beemster goat is a famous Dutch cheese from the Netherland it is known as beemster, but made entirely of pasteurized goat milk. It is not overly strong cheese, but still quite flavourful. It pairs well with a sweet and savoury item like honey, figs, and dried fruits as well would go great with a crisp white wine like Pinot Grigio.
La Ballot
La Ballot is a hand rolled cheese with a semi firm pasta made in Quebec with pasteurized cows, milk. It pairs nicely with walnuts and cranberries, especially lovely when placed a top of an arugula salad.
Pacific Rock
Pacific rock is an award-winning cheese with flavours of bacon, caramel, butterscotch, and toasted nuts. It is made in Quebec with pasteurized cow’s milk. It can be enjoyed with fruits, nuts, or used in a grilled cheese sandwich. Also, it is a great cheese for fondue. Pairs with a variety of fruits fresh or dried nuts and olives.
Tri-colour Gouda
Tri-colour Gouda is semi firm cheese from the Netherlands made with pasteurized cow’s milk. This cheese is visually striking with its red, white and green colors. The red part is flavoured with red pepper and chili, the green with green bell peppers, the white part has a distinct flavour of goat cheese. The combination creates a spicy flavourful experience with a slightly tangy finish. It pairs well with prosciutto salami or bacon and can be graded over roasted brussels sprouts or potatoes.
Whiskey Bellavitano
Whiskey Bellavitano this is an award-winning cheese made in the USA from pasteurized cow’s milk. It has a smoky flavour of Tennessee whiskey. It is smooth and rich with a creamy texture. It pairs nicely with Chardonnay, IPA and almonds or dried fruit.
Oveja Con Trufa
Oveja Con Trufa is made in Spain from pasteurized sheep milk. It has a dense texture which melts in your mouth, aged four months. You will discover summer black truffle veins in the paste. This high-end type of truffle gives the cheese, both a subtle and very overwhelming truffle flavour. It pairs nicely with Tempranillo as well as Crisp White wine such as chenin blanc. It can also be enjoyed with fresh seafood.
Black Lemon Gouda
Black Lemon Gouda has a beautiful creamy texture with a kiss of liquorice and a touch of lemon. It is made in the Netherlands from pasteurized cow milk. It is a double cream Gouda with cleansing charcoal and lemon added during the production process. It pairs well with crisp crackers, figs, grapes, and nuts.
Beemster XO
Beemster XO is an extra old hard Dutch Gouda style cheese aged for at least 26 months. It is made in the Netherlands from pasteurized cows, milk. This cheese has a rich flavour profile of butterscotch, whiskey, and pecan. It pairs nicely with a full-bodied red wine like Merlot and Cabernet. Also, it can be added to dishes like fajitas, cornbread chili, dogs, or tomato soup.
Mountain Oak Truffle Gouda
Mountain Oak Truffle Gouda is a premium dutch-style cheese crafted in Ontario, Canada, by Mountain Oak Cheese. Made from fresh high quality cows milk. It’s infused with aromatic black truffles, giving it a luxurious, earthy flavor that compliments the goudas natural nutty and creamy profile.
Stonetown Wildwood
Stonetown Wildwood is a rich and creamy cheese made in Ontario from unpasteurized cow’s milk. It has an impressive zesty flavor, but also has a very rustic and appealing appearance. Wildwood taste excellent in sandwiches or dried meat and bread.
Mimolette
Mimolette aged 36 months is French cheese with this fine cannonball shape, bright orange interior and rugged gray. It is made in France from unpasteurized cows, milk. It gets its orange from annatto. The flavour is nutty and savoury becoming more complex salty and grainy with age. It pairs nicely when graded over pasta or vegetables. This is the perfect table cheese.
Parmigiano Reggiano
Parmigiano Reggiano cheese is made in Italy from unpasteurized cow’s milk aged 24 months. It is 100% natural with no additives or preservatives. It’s also lactose free. It can be paired with soups such as butternut squash, red pepper or lentil soup also pears, I see with chicken or grated on top of meats.
