Frequently Asked Questions

What are your policies?
* Price is inclusive of florals and foliage and the loan of platters and decor. Any damages to rentals are subject to fee at the discretion of management.

* All cancellations must be received 12 days prior to the event date.

* All platters, boards and cutlery must have food removed and be wiped clean. All items belonging to The Fromo must be returned within three days of your event, to our shop.

* We ask that no one is onsite when set up is happening.

Do you provide plates, napkins and cutlery?

No.

Do you ensure freshness?

It is best to build your graze table just before your guests arrive. It typically takes 2-3 hours for a full set-up. The table should be consumed within 4 hours of set-up time and be located in a cool, indoor space.

Can I add some of your other items to the graze table?

Yes you can add any of our other boards, catering options and menu items to your graze table for an upcharge.

What size is the graze table?

We work with the table, kitchen island or space you have to fit your graze table. We typically bring items to help us build different height levels when working with smaller spaces.

Is delivery included?

Yes, delivery is included within Greater Sudbury. We deliver for $1 per km outside of the city limits. We service most of Northern Ontario based on availability.
